Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Catalyst Behavior Solutions, and they will contact us.
Insurance / Payment / Billing
At Catalyst Behavior Solutions, we accept Medicaid* and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company, or you may call our office at (866) 569-7395 to find out if we accept your plan.
*Please note that we do not accept Medicaid coverage in the state of Florida.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Referrals
Depending on your specific insurance plan, a referral from your child's primary care physician (PCP) may be necessary before services can begin. Our intake team will work directly with you to verify your benefits, determine what your plan requires, and guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
