With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and a strong background in business leadership, Alysha Brumfield is a dedicated professional committed to improving processes and outcomes for families. Her journey with Catalyst Behavior Solutions began in 2021, and her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the quality and effectiveness of our services.
Education
Alysha’s diverse educational background equips her with a unique blend of clinical knowledge and business insight. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. She subsequently completed her Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, solidifying her expertise in the field. To complement her clinical skills, she also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in project management from Louisiana State University.

Alysha is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards in her practice. She first earned her certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from 2016 to 2018. Building on that foundation, she has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018. These credentials reflect her dedication to providing evidence-based, ethical, and effective leadership within the ABA community.
Background & Expertise
Alysha is a leader who combines clinical expertise with a passion for operational excellence. She began her career in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has spent 11 years in the field, gaining deep experience in company operations, process improvement, compliance, training, and development.
Her dedication and leadership abilities led to her promotion from Director of Quality Management Systems to Executive Director in August 2025. As part of our administrative and executive team, she continues to guide our mission to provide outstanding support to every family we serve.
