Julio serves as the Center Coordinator at our Oviedo, Florida, location, bringing over 25 years of dedicated experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior management. His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. Julio specializes in streamlining center operations, managing intake and enrollment processes, and fostering staff development, all with the goal of creating a supportive and effective environment for the families we serve. His extensive background in working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities ensures that every program is guided by both expertise and empathy.
Outside of his professional role, Julio cherishes time spent with his daughter. He is also an avid football fan and loves to bake, hobbies that bring joy and balance to his life. These personal interests reflect the same warmth and dedication he brings to the Catalyst Behavior Solutions team every day.

Julio’s deep understanding of behavioral science is built on a solid academic foundation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2003. To further refine his expertise, he completed post-baccalaureate coursework in Behavioral Sciences at UCF from 2010 to 2013. This combination of formal education and decades of hands-on experience allows him to lead with confidence and clarity.

Throughout his career, Julio has been recognized for his contributions to education and leadership. Notably, he directed Threshold Academy, which was featured in the Orlando Business Journal and honored as one of Florida’s top high schools by Governor Rick Scott in 2013. He maintains his connection to his alma mater as an alumnus of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity, reflecting his long-standing commitment to community and fellowship.
