As the Center Coordinator of our Sioux Falls location, Kemari Blumhardt is dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment for every child and team member. Her extensive experience in the ABA field and her passion for protecting client dignity guide her leadership and ensure our services are delivered with compassion and care.
Kemari’s journey in the ABA field began in 2013, and she has been an integral part of the Catalyst Behavior Solutions team for 12 years. Throughout her career, she has held various important roles, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Residential Manager, and leadership positions within our centers.
Since 2017, Kemari has served in an Operations Manager role, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to our mission. She is passionate about promoting respect in all daily interactions and ensuring the safety and dignity of every client are always protected.
Kemari’s focus on creating a positive environment extends beyond her professional role. She has a fun and creative hobby: collecting LEGO minifigures. Her collection has grown to over 200, showcasing her appreciation for detail and character.

Kemari is a graduate of Northern State University, where she earned a degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Human Services and a minor in Gerontology. This educational background provides her with a strong understanding of human development and social dynamics, which she applies to her work to foster a supportive and effective environment for our families.
