Kaitlyn’s strong business acumen is supported by a solid educational foundation from Lamar University. She earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance in 2009. Prior to her graduate studies, she completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management in 2007. This background provides her with the strategic skills needed to lead our quality management services effectively.

Kaitlyn is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Since 2021, she has been an active member of the National Charity League, where she currently serves as a Philanthropy Liaison. This role allows her to connect with and support important community initiatives, reflecting her dedication to helping others.

As a key member of our Executive and Administration team, her work behind the scenes is essential to our ability to provide consistent, high-quality care. Her leadership ensures that our processes are not only compliant but also centered on the well-being of the children and families we have the privilege to support.

Kaitlyn’s journey is defined by her dedication to creating supportive and safe environments for children. Before joining Catalyst Behavior Solutions, she owned and operated a preschool for six years, gaining firsthand experience in early childhood development. She then served as a Center Coordinator in Katy, Texas, for two years before bringing her expertise to the Catalyst Behavior Solutions compliance team.
