Maximillian, known warmly as “Roo,” brings a compassionate and dedicated approach to our South Ogden clinic. With seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, he is deeply committed to serving families and helping children navigate their unique challenges. Roo focuses on working with children between the ages of 2 and 10, specializing in supporting those with a history of intense behaviors, such as aggression and self-injury. He strives to create a safe, supportive environment where every child can find success.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Roo has embraced his new home in Utah. He uses his downtime to recharge in nature, taking full advantage of the mountains for hiking and camping—a welcome change of scenery from his home state.

Roo’s clinical work is supported by a strong academic foundation. He completed his graduate studies at Baylor University, earning a Master of Science in Education in Educational Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Prior to his master’s program, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). This educational background allows him to apply effective, evidence-based strategies to help his clients reach their goals.

Roo has been dedicated to the field of behavior analysis for seven years, beginning his career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). His commitment to professional growth and expert care led him to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September 2024. He continues to bring this wealth of experience and dedication to the families he serves every day.
