Lisa discovered her passion for helping children during a summer job as an ABA therapist while home from college. Since officially entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2007, Lisa has found immense fulfillment in contributing to meaningful progress for children and their families. While she has worked with individuals of all ages across clinic, school, home, and community settings, she has extensive experience and a special place in her heart for Early Intervention.
Outside of her work at Catalyst Behavior Solutions in Sioux Falls, Lisa’s world revolves around her two young daughters. Together, they enjoy camping, having dance parties, reading books, and spending quality time with their golden retriever, family, and friends.

Lisa’s commitment to providing the best care is supported by a strong educational background. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Kansas in 2006. Determined to deepen her knowledge and skills, she went on to complete a Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. This academic journey has equipped her with the expertise to guide families effectively.

Lisa is dedicated to staying connected with the broader behavioral health community. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and an active member of the South Dakota Association for Behavior Analysis (SDABA). Through these affiliations, she stays informed on the latest practices to ensure she offers the most supportive and effective care possible.
