Christal has been a welcoming presence and a cornerstone of the Catalyst Behavior Solutions family since its founding in 2018. She brings 17 years of progressive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis to her role, offering families a steady hand and a compassionate heart. Serving the communities of St. Cloud, Oviedo, Farmington, and South Ogden, Christal is dedicated to helping children and families overcome hurdles and celebrate victories.
Her broad range of specialties ensures that unique needs are met with expertise; she provides dedicated support for intensive toilet training, feeding programs, sleep training, and the management of intensive challenging behaviors. Christal also focuses on gifted learners, social skills training, and functional communication. She deeply values the partnership with parents, prioritizing family and parent training to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Christal’s expert care is grounded in a solid educational foundation in behavior analysis, which underpins her nearly two decades of clinical work. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. She subsequently completed her BCaBA Certificate from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida, before completing her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Sage College in Troy, New York. Christal’s academic background and continuous professional development ensure that she brings evidence-based, effective strategies to every family she supports.
