Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As an RBT at Catalyst Behavior Solutions, you will work one-on-one with children, using the principles of behavior analysis to help them develop essential life skills, improve communication, and gain independence. All RBTs will receive comprehensive training and certification support while working alongside a collaborative team of dedicated professionals.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
As a BCBA at Catalyst Behavior Solutions, you will have the autonomy to design impactful interventions while mentoring the next generation of therapists. In this leadership role, you will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, lead and mentor RBTs, and provide ongoing guidance to clients and their families. We support you with the resources you need to focus on helping your patients thrive.
