When not at work, Cassidy loves to travel and has visited 14 different countries, an experience that has deepened her appreciation for different cultures.

Cassidy holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University. During her undergraduate studies, she broadened her understanding of people and support systems by minoring in both Human Resource Management and Human Development and Family Studies.

Throughout her career, Cassidy has been an active collaborator within the professional community. She has worked alongside multidisciplinary teams in various clinical and educational settings, including Fraser, Northway Academy, and the Meeker and Wright Special Education Cooperative.
